A Bolt Threading Machine is basically used for creating external threads on bolts and the “chasing method” is used to execute this task of threading the bolts with bolt threading machine. Just like the Bar Threading Machine, in the Bolt Threading Machine too, HSS Tangential Chasers are used as cutters. The mechanism of the Machine is approximately the same as the Bar Threading Machine and it performs its function in such a way that the bolt remains unmoved while the die head rotates creating super-fine threads. Head stock: it is used in machines to provide contented rigidity and enduring alignment with the carriageways. This head stock is made up of unadulterated and shaven alloy steel and shafts are made using heated alloy steel which increases in durability.

Pillar bed: this bed is designed to provide operative convenience to the user. This bed is smooth yet is a rigid construction. Chrome-plated pillars are used to direct and shore up the carriage. Guards, attached to the carriages, avert damage to the ground surfaces of the ways.

Saddle: it is fitted very precisely on two pillars and runs on them very smoothly and accurately to the head stock alignment.

Apron: this gives momentum to the saddle with head transfer along with the pillars. This is done on steel rack and rigid arrangements. Gears are made up of supreme quality steel.

Vice jaws: The vice jaws made from the best quality alloy steel are fitted on the saddle well aligned with the head stock center fitted in a heavy duty box type vice. The jaws are heat treated. The movements of jaws are controlled by a screw on the saddle. Range of our Bolt Threading Machine is:

IMC Tangential Chasers are manufactured from imported High-Speed Steel which must pass exacting metallurgical standard. Experienced heat treatment with the automatically imported heat treatment plant and imported Testing equipment's, assures that they will perform satisfactorily in service and produce quality threads within the tolerance for which they ware intended.

IMC Chaser is interchangeable. If one Pc. Of a chaser, set is damaged & is beyond use. Then same No. pc. Of the other chaser set lying in stock may be used and there will not be any difference in thread performance and the damaged set can be replaced without the necessity of replacing the entire set.
