Industrial machinery corporation has a variety of Power Press Machine which comes in two variants i.e. ‘C’ type Power Press Machine and ‘H’ Type Power Press Machine. ??The ‘C’ type Power Press Machine version has a capacity of 3 tons to 250 tons in the most economical type of construction. This Power Press Machine comes with many standards as well as optional features that can be added as per individual requirements. These features include manual as well as automatic lubrication system, knock-out electronics hand safety options, single and double as well as un-geared versions with pneumatic feeders and straightness and dye-collars. All these instruments are used for the automatic purposes. 

‘H’ Type Power Press Machine version of Power Press Machine generates a pressing power of 10 tons to 250 tons and except this most of the functions of both Power Press Machines are almost the same. ‘H’ version of the Power Press Machine also has options for choosing features as per the requirements depending from person to person. Just like the previous version of Power Press Machine this version too has both manual and automatic lubrication systems. ‘H’ version also comes with a knock-out electronic safety options and single and double as well as an un-geared edition which includes pneumatic feeders and straightness and dye collars. These all panels are included in the ‘H’ version of the Power Press Machine for automatic purposes.

Following are the features of the Power Press Machine that we manufacture here at industrial machinery corporation.

Frame: the frame of Power Press Machine is made up of stainless steel and is fabricated from rolled steel plates with cross ribbing presses.

Clutches: the clutches are of pin or rolling type and is rigid and well-supported. Clutches are given to provide continuous strokes for production on large basis.

Crank shaft: it is made up of alloy and hardened steel to maintain accuracy. This crank is installed in bronze bushes for smooth working, durability and precision.??

Gears: gears of the Power Press Machine are usually made up using steel cast. 

Flywheel: the size of flywheel is maintained next to accurate and is compiled using high-grade cast iron. This is used for storing and releasing adequate power for pressing.

Lubrication: a very efficient lubrication system has been provided in the Power Press Machine which is used to lubricate the slides, surfaces, moving parts and everything that is prone to erode. ??

Table: it is made up of heavy-duty cast iron. Its accurate alignment is absolutely necessary to bring precision to the pressing operation.
