The new and improvised collets system ensures that pipes of various lengths are quickly uploaded and downloaded. We have also assembled this new PVC Pipe Threading Machines with double saddle system to allow two workers to work at one time. Mingling two users to work concurrently allows them to carry out inside and outside threading at a single time.

Just like any other pipe threading machine, PVC Pipe Threading Machine also works on a very reliable “chasing method” using HSS tangential as cutters. This theory makes pipes stay at one place while rotating the die head to create threads. The types of threads that can be created by these PVC Pipe Threading Machines are the same as of any pipe threading machine which are BSP, MATRIX, BSPT, NPT, UNF,UNC, BSW, Acme Threads and as usual, this will depend on the type of chaser that is operational in this machines. Head stock: it is basically a geared head-box made from supreme quality casting which gives support to spindle bearing.

The bed: bed is a platform resting on two pillars which are made of nicely treated steel and are duly hard chrome plated.

Saddle: saddle is installed on two steel rods very accurately. Its main task is to precisely and effortlessly move the head stock alignment.

Apron: the apron mobilizes the saddle on the steel rack and pinion fixtures. The gears of an apron are made using finest stainless steel.

Vice jaws: the vice jaw is made up of alloyed stainless steel and a finely aligned and installed on the saddle. Vice jaws are kept under direction using a screw on the saddle and vice jaws are heat treated.

PVC Pipe Threading Machine Tangential Chaser

IMC Tangential Chasers are manufactured from imported High Speed Steel which must pass exacting metallurgical standard. Experienced heat treatment with the automatic imported heat treatment plant and imported Testing equipment's, assures that they will perform satisfactorily in service and produce quality threads within the tolerance for which they ware intended.

IMC Chaser are interchangeable. If one Pc. of a chaser set is damaged & is beyond use. Then same No. pc. Of the other chaser set lying in stock may be used and there will not be any difference in threading performance and the damaged set can be replaced without the necessity of replacing entire set.
